Thank you for purchasing one of our bracelets through our inflight duty-free service! If your bracelet arrives damaged or you wish to request a refund, please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth process:
Repairs do not cover damage caused by misuse, such as wearing the bracelet while bathing, showering, swimming in the bath or pool, or exposure to outdoor water.
The guarantee card covers repairs for 12 months from the proof of receipt purchase date.
Refunds are only available for unworn bracelets that are still sealed, and must be requested within 30 days of purchase from the proof of receipt date.
