Refund and Repair Policy

Thank you for purchasing one of our bracelets through our inflight duty-free service! If your bracelet arrives damaged or you wish to request a refund, please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth process:


  1. For Damaged Bracelets:

  • Please attach a photo of the damaged bracelet.
  • Include a photo of your proof of receipt and the guarantee card.
  • Once we have reviewed the files, we will confirm if the repair is approved. Please note, we are not responsible for the shipping of the damaged bracelet to us, but the repair and return delivery will be at no additional cost to you.


Repairs do not cover damage caused by misuse, such as wearing the bracelet while bathing, showering, swimming in the bath or pool, or exposure to outdoor water.


The guarantee card covers repairs for 12 months from the proof of receipt purchase date.


  1. For Refund Requests:

  • Please attach photos of the bracelet in its original box and your proof of receipt.
  • If your refund is approved, please be aware that we are not responsible for the cost of shipping the returned bracelet.


Refunds are only available for unworn bracelets that are still sealed, and must be requested within 30 days of purchase from the proof of receipt date.
